Prize & Rewards Rules

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is required to earn points, participate in trivia, or enter any raffle or drawing offered through Eyes Down. All raffle and drawing entries are available at no cost through ordinary use of the app.

Eligibility

• Open to registered Eyes Down users physically present and checked in at a participating event, except as otherwise restricted (e.g., minimum age, employees of Eyes Down or the venue, and their immediate family, are ineligible for prizes above nominal value).
• Where the participant is a minor, the minor earns points and enters raffles/drawings under the account created and managed by their parent or legal guardian, and any prize is awarded to the registering parent or guardian on the minor's behalf, subject to venue and event age-appropriateness rules.

How Points Are Earned

• Points are earned through event check-in, trivia participation and correct answers, and other in-app activities as designated by Eyes Down.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred between accounts.

Redemption

• Rewards are redeemed by presenting the in-app reward screen to venue staff, who validate and mark the reward as redeemed.
• Rewards expire 30 days after being earned unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance.
• Eyes Down and venues reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a specific reward becomes unavailable.

Odds and Prize Descriptions

Trivia rewards are skill-based: a correct answer results in a guaranteed reward as described at the time of the trivia round, and no odds disclosure applies. Where a reward is instead awarded through a raffle-style random drawing, Eyes Down will disclose, at the time of entry: the odds of winning (or the factors that determine odds, e.g., total number of entries), a description of the prize and its approximate retail value, and the method and deadline for entry.

Prize Pool Value and State Registration Thresholds

Eyes Down will structure each promotion, raffle, drawing, reward campaign, or prize pool so that prize-value compliance is determined by the laws of the specific state in which the prize is earned, awarded, redeemed, or made available to an eligible participant. The total announced approximate retail value of all prizes offered in a single promotion must be tracked on a promotion-by-promotion and state-by-state basis, including prizes funded by Eyes Down, a venue, or a Sponsor. If the aggregate prize value for any promotion reaches or exceeds a registration, bonding, disclosure, winner-list, or filing threshold in the applicable state, Eyes Down may, subject to legal review, register and bond the promotion before launch, modify the prize pool, divide the promotion into legally separate promotions, delay launch, or exclude residents or participants from that state where permitted by law.

General Conditions

• Eyes Down reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these rules or the Terms of Service.
• Rewards and prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Sponsor-Funded Prizes

Where a prize is funded or fulfilled by a Sponsor rather than Eyes Down or the venue directly, Sponsor is responsible for fulfillment. Any attendee data shared with Sponsor in connection with that prize (e.g., a shipping address for a physical prize, or contact information for a raffle-winner notification) is governed by the opt-in and data-use provisions in the Sponsor / Advertiser Terms.
