This policy applies to the Eyes Down mobile application and related services ("Eyes Down," "we," "us") operated by Delta Sports Institute LLC ("Company").
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (or authentication token) provided at registration.
- Parent/guardian information: where a minor participates, the name, email, phone number, and relationship to the minor of the registering parent or guardian.
- Event participation data: check-in records, trivia responses, points earned, raffle/drawing entries, and rewards redeemed.
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, and general usage/analytics data (e.g., screens viewed, features used).
- Location data: general venue location at check-in (not continuous or background location tracking).
- Sponsor and venue staff accounts: business name, contact name, email, and role, for parties operating the platform on behalf of a venue or sponsor.
How We Use Information
- To operate core app functionality: check-in, gameplay, rewards issuance and redemption.
- To communicate with users, including push notifications about events, rewards, and offers (users may opt out of non-essential notifications).
- To provide aggregate, non-identifying performance reporting to venues and sponsors (e.g., total redemptions per campaign).
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary payment.
Information Sharing
- With Sponsors, only for attendees who have affirmatively opted in to that Sponsor's specific offer. Shared data is limited to what is needed to fulfill the offer (e.g., name and contact information for coupon delivery, raffle-winner notification, or prize fulfillment) and is subject to the Sponsor's data-use obligations described in the Sponsor / Advertiser Terms.
- With venues, to operate events and provide performance reporting (aggregate/de-identified, except as described above for Sponsor opt-ins).
- With service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, notification delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- As required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Eyes Down, our users, or others.
Data Retention
We retain attendee account and participation data for two (2) years following the last date of account activity, and delete or de-identify data thereafter, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with a pending legal obligation.
User Rights
- Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting info@myvibz.com.
Children's Privacy
Eyes Down is designed so that minors participate through an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. A child under 13 may not independently create an account or submit personal information directly to us. Where a parent or guardian registers on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian accepts this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for supervising the minor's use of the app.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
